3D Wall Panels
Our 3D Wall Panelling is different from the standard panelling using small mouldings to create patterns because our panels cover the entire wall. Meaning they stand out much more to create a wow feature. When the light shines on the panels, they become even more impressive as the shadows are created to enhance the features on the panels.
This makes our 3D Wall Panels add significantly more value than a flat surface like wallpaper because the design adds emotion and feeling. That’s why our 3D Wall panels are are not used on all the walls but just some or one wall to create that wow factor.

Flexible 3D Wall Panelling
Some of our panelling comes in flexible versions as well as the standard rigid version. Both the Non-Flexible and Flexible lengths will butt up to each other if required. They are made from a flexible polyurethane material and can bend both vertically or horizontally. The minimum radius is stated on each product page for how tight they can bend too. Our flexible panels are commonly used on curved feature walls, bar areas and around curved reception desks. All our flexible panels are pre-primed and paintable.
Acoustic 3D Wall Panelling
Our 3D Wall Panels do have acoustic properties but are not dedicated acoustic panels designed for soundproofing. The acoustic properties of our wall panels in simple terms is, 1 square metre of panel has the same acoustic properties as 1/2 a square metre of low pile carpet.
Fire Rated 3D Wall Panelling
We do a small range of stocked fire rated wall panelling in the most popular styles. This is perfect for hospitality and commercial projects. The material is exactly the same but a fire retardant paint is sprayed onto the product to give it the rating. The fire coating can achieve a Bs2d0 rating but please contact us for more information to confirm suitability as rating can vary between profiles and percentage of wall covered.
How to go around sockets and fixtures with panelling
If you have electrical sockets or other wall fixtures where you are putting the panelling then we recommend that you use our Wall Panelling trims which project further than the panelling and can be used to create a border around any electrical sockets. Our panels are easy to cut and work with for going around sockets, drilling holes for the corners and a jigsaw would be suitable for creating a hole in the panelling.

Standard panelling uses rails and panel mouldings to create frames and shapes on the wall – not all of the wall is covered. 3D Wall Panels are complete panels which cover the entire wall and add more depth and texture and shadows than standard panelling.
Can they be used both horizontally and vertically?
Yes certainly, both ways is fine and they look even more stunning when done on an angle.
How do panels join together?
Some of our panels are simply butt joined down the length. When joining the panels end on end use the Fix ultra jointing adhesive. Other panels are a tongue and groove style so that the joins down the length overlap each other.
How to paint 3D Wall Panels?
Our panels come pre-primed and ready to paint, we would recommend spray painting the panels to achieve the smoothest finish. But brush and roller painting also works if you want a slight paint texture.
Installation Guide
Installing 3D Wall Panels
- Fitting Instructions -Apply 3 vertical lines of adhesive to the back of the panel, and on the ends, Stagger the panels and apply the jointing adhesive to the joins. Leave a 2mm cap top and bottom of the wall for expansion.
- Adhesive;-Fix Pro (Blue Tube) One tube for every 2 panels. Fix Ultra Joining Adhesive (Red Tube) One tube for every 20 panels. Fix Filler (Yellow Tube) One tube for 10 panels. (for any caps between panels)
